The Process:
Your wedding day is filled with once-in-a-lifetime moments—and we’re here to preserve one of them as a timeless piece of art you’ll cherish for generations. Live wedding painting combines fine art, storytelling, and the emotion of your celebration, allowing you to watch your wedding memories come to life right before your eyes.
Here’s how it all comes together:
Book your date:
Fill out our inquiry form and schedule a consultation to discuss your wedding vision, venue, timeline, and the moment you’d love captured. Our live wedding painting packages begin at $2,300 and vary depending on canvas size, artist availability, travel, and event details. Once we’ve selected the perfect package, your date is secured with a signed contract and deposit.
Choose your moment:
Together, we’ll decide which part of your wedding day you’d like preserved on canvas—whether it’s your ceremony, first dance, grand entrance, reception, or another meaningful moment. We’ll use your vision, venue details, and inspiration photos to create a truly personal piece.
Day-of setup:
Your artist arrives early to set up their painting station, prepare the canvas, and capture the atmosphere and background.
Live painting in action:
Throughout your wedding day, your artist will paint live as your celebration unfolds—capturing whatever pose you decide on. Guests can watch the artwork develop throughout the evening and experience the magic of seeing your memories transformed into a one-of-a-kind painting.
Final artistic details:
After your wedding, your artist will complete any finishing touches in the studio to ensure every detail is beautifully refined. Your final artwork will be carefully prepared and shipped/delivered.
Customize your experience:
Enhance your live wedding painting with custom framing, additional venue details, floral elements, guest additions, or other personalized touches to create a piece that perfectly reflects your wedding day.
ARTIST BOOKING AND AVALIABILITY
We are currently accepting bookings for all remaining 2026 and 2027 dates, as well as select 2028 dates based on availability.
Because we book a limited number of events each weekend, we recommend inquiring as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Once availability is confirmed, your date is officially reserved with a signed contract and retainer.
