1. Book your date: Fill out my inquiry form and schedule a free consultation with me to discuss details:) Packages start at $1,500 and depend on date, artist, guest count, and time at the event. I also have a winter wedding discount, as well as a weekday discount! Once we have settled on a package, lock it in with a signed contract and deposit!

2. Personalized details: Ahead of your event (if desired), we can create a custom stamp to be printed on each portrait.

3. Day-of setup: The artist arrives about 1 hour early with everything needed to begin sketching.

4. Live illustration in action: The Guest Coordinator will take a quick snapshot of your guests during the event. 

5. While your guests enjoy the festivities, the artist will transform their likeness into a timeless portrait. 

6. Take-home keepsakes: Guests receive their personalized portrait either during the event or by mail, depending on the size of your event.

7. Customize even more: Add extra guests, Polaroid Memories Upgrade, multiple artists, or digital delivery—tailored to fit your event perfectly.
