Book your date: Fill out my inquiry form and schedule a free consultation with me to discuss details:) Packages start at $1,500 and depend on date, artist, guest count, and time at the event. I also have a winter wedding discount, as well as a weekday discount! Once we have settled on a package, lock it in with a signed contract and deposit!

Personalized details: Ahead of your event (if desired), we can create a custom stamp to be printed on each portrait.

Day-of setup: The artist arrives about 1 hour early with everything needed to begin sketching.

Live illustration in action: The Guest Coordinator will take a quick snapshot of your guests during the event.

While your guests enjoy the festivities, the artist will transform their likeness into a timeless portrait.

Take-home keepsakes: Guests receive their personalized portrait either during the event or by mail, depending on the size of your event.

Customize even more: Add extra guests, Polaroid Memories Upgrade, multiple artists, or digital delivery—tailored to fit your event perfectly.
ARTIST BOOKING AND AVALIABILITY
To ensure the highest quality experience for every couple, our booking timelines vary slightly by region:

Michigan Associate Artists:
Michigan-based artists are booking all available 2026 and 2027 dates now. Once availability is confirmed, your date is secured with a signed contract and retainer.

Wisconsin & Chicago Associate Artists:
Due to travel coordination and artist scheduling, Wisconsin/Chicago associate artist bookings are officially confirmed within 12–16 months of the event date.
For weddings beyond that window, couples may join our Priority Reservation List. This ensures first right of booking once we enter the 12–16 month confirmation period and artist availability is finalized. Your date becomes fully secured once the contract is signed and the retainer is received within that window.
